Caregiver shall ensure nutritional maintenance of clients by performing the following tasks:
a. Plan, prepare, cook, and serve meals to
meet the daily dietary needs of the client,
including a therapeutic diet if prescribed.
b. Feed the client, as necessary.
c. Remind and encourage the client to eat.
