Dear Prospective Client,
Here at Helping Hands it has always been our mission to look out for our clients' best interests first, before all others. As a primary means of accomplishing that mission, it has also always been our policy to employ the best staff of caregivers possible, to deliver the high quality of care services that we are known for. In order to hire these great caregivers, we believe we offer higher levels of pay, better benefits, and better working conditions than any of the other agencies in the area.
To do all of this we don't spend a lot of money on advertising, preferring to spend it on our staff and relying upon word of mouth for new client referrals. With 98% of our clients rating our services as "Excellent," we know that once a client starts with us and experiences first-hand the high quality of care services we provide, we'll be the first agency to come to mind whenever a need for non-medical in home care services arises.
However, we also understand that in these hard economic times it's difficult for clients and/or their families to consider spending money on in-home care services, especially if they've never used them before or are uncertain about the differences in services that various agencies provide. So, still being consistent with our mission, we are doing something to try to make the decision to try our services a little easier for new clients and/or their family members.
What we are doing is offering 2005 rates for services to new clients for a special 30 day introductory period. These rates are uniformly $2.00 less per hour than our current rates (which, incidentally, haven't changed since August of 2008), and are less than other agencies in the area offer. Once the 30 day period has elapsed, clients may continue on with services at our current rates, increase or decrease the services being received, or discontinue receiving services entirely.
Of course, we're hopeful that once you try our services you'll be more than pleased with what we have to offer and will want to continue on. But whether that turns out to be the case or not, we'll be most appreciative of the opportunity provided us, and grateful to have made a new friend.
Blessings,
John P. Armstrong
